Yuvak Tuladhar
Hailing from Nepal, Yuvak Tuladhar, is a full-time painting & mixed media artist, working from his studio just north of San Francisco. Not limited to a specific style or aesthetic, his process starts by taking a rough idea and then letting his subconscious run wild. He begins to work with more control once his ideas and brushstrokes gel. He uses CNC machines and Laser engravers in combination with his painting. A product of many cultures and experiences, Yuvak has achieved two MFAs, one in painting from Benares Hindu University, India, and Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA.
He started the Diaspora Art Project (to preserve Nepali immigrant experiences in America through art in many forms. He is working with several passionate people in their fields to promote this vision.
Yuvak had a solo exhibition of his latest artworks at Takpa Gallery in Kathmandu, Nepal in October 2024. At present, he is working on various interior art projects.
